We stay disciplined: we buy companies where cashflow return is high and market value is low (a high cashflow / market cap yield).
We don’t trade on news, momentum, or story.
The goal is not to lose money in the short term — and to keep a wide valuation gap that can drive big upside later.
Take PGAS.jk. Oil & gas is out of fashion; the shares are only +4% YTD (we’re +9% from better entry).
But its cashflow yield is ~30% vs Indonesia’s 6% risk-free rate — 5× higher.
Even after debt payments and an 11% dividend yield, we still get 20%+ total return — while the big gap between cashflow and market value remains, leaving the door open for future multiple gains if sentiment turns.
That’s the point: preserve capital now, wait for value to close the gap later.
