📈 Economic progress?
Sharpfokus Brief — September 15, 2025
As a sign of a stronger economy, Indonesian inflation moved the wrong way — slightly lower in August — but not too serious.
US inflation ticked up slightly to just under 3%, which is a healthy sign.
Indonesian car sales also inched up in August. Still modest at just over 60,000 units — far from the peak above 100,000 — but some progress.
We cannot yet say the downtrend has been broken, but at least there’s stability with a hint of upward momentum.
We will keep watching for economic & cashflow signals.
